Is there anyone out there who has simpler horn for long throw subwoofers, HELP?????
so once again if swapped for a 15" all dimensions go the same?
Nice design tapped horn really goes low but for long throw it's a fail, this enclosure would work at it's best in clubs and enclosed areas well, if using on the outfield i would recommend incorporating folded horns to accomplish a long throw affect.
What about the Eminence Omega 15A?
Very interesting box. How would Fane Colossus 18XB perform in it?
As far as I am aware I don't think tapped horns throw as far as folded horns, and they don't gain as much from stacking either. For other questions on the design you might be better off asking on hornplans.free.fr as the designer marc is on there.
might stir up a few opinions here but this could be an excellent scoop replacement!!!!! i fancy building 4 of these cuz they go loooow smiley20 ! are they long throw horns cuz i have never heard a tapped horn before????? they look impressive though
All dimensions stay the same if you choose to use the 15" driver? What about the Eminence Omega Pro 15A?
Just in case any one is interested, for a cheaper option the eminence 3015lf will work well in this (simmed)
