New to Horn Subs

Hello, I am researching building a horn sub for PA use out of some old Eminence 15" drivers I have.  The attached image is my measured specs for the driver.  I thought maybe I would try a Cubo 15 extended, but I can't find the plans.  The plans section says I don't have access to it.  Is there a way to request that?
