So, I've built my first 2 Hogs, and most of the recommended drivers aren't available in Australia.

I've loaded the 2 cabs with some FS Audio 18" drivers I had sitting in some ported boxes;

I'm currently happy with the FS Drivers, however as always, want more. So was thinking of a Celestion Speaker;

Thoughts?

Looking at Ts of the driver doesn't appear to be the best for a scoop but if you are happy. The 4080 will work has the cheaper alternative to the other drivers listed

I made 2 of those hog scoops, after hearing them play, I'm going to build more, I got them loaded with MTE 21" inch 4000watts speakers can go as low as 25hz, I'm going to make more, looking to load them on a truck in the future, those are the best bass cabinets I ever heard

Hey man, you can use any driver in those cabinets, you just have to build them according to the specs of the speaker, like I did, mine is loaded with 21 inch subwoofers 4000watts RMS, so I have to build it way bigger than the original cabinet, so you can use any speaker you choose, you jus have to make changes in the cabinet to suit the speaker, higher wattage speaker need more space, and I still have to rebuild, I only build them 2 years now and the speakers mashing them up, literally, mashing up those cabinets, I have to build them deeper , it's 3ft deep, 3ft tall 2.5ft wide, have to make it 4ft deep, 4ft tall and 3ft wide,

hit me up on Facebook to see videos of them perform

Hi Guys.

Anyone had any issues with the hog plan?. I have drafted it into cad but the layout dimensions dont seem to correspond to the panel dims for panel A. Or im missing something here.

Any idea where ive messed up or is there a known error in the plan. Cheers

Edit:

Manipulating the sketch to correct the 6mm difference and adding dimension 424 makes the 37 degree angle 37.28. Believe this to be the correct angle.
